We are currently seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join our Regina team. The incumbent will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail, a professional attitude and a genuine passion to go above and beyond. This is a great opportunity for a Legal Assistant who enjoys a dynamic, busy desk and who wishes to become an integral part in building a successful team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Standard Responsibilities:
Assistant duties include preparing court documents and correspondence in relation to various matters, communicating directly with clients, file opening, organization, billing, maintenance, research, booking appointments, making travel arrangements and time entry.
Qualifications:
Office Administration Certification required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated and independent with the ability to judge priorities
Able to deal effectively with deadlines and various responsibilities
Proficient technology skills
