The Regina Residential Resource Centre is looking for an enthusiastic hardworking individual to fill the positions of Casual Careworker for one of our Group Homes. As a Casual Careworker you will be guaranteed 44 hours in two weeks, every second weekend off, and work a total of 7 days in two weeks.


The Casual Careworker provides companionship, support and attendant care to Consumers in the Home, and in social community settings. The Casual Careworker is a part of the dynamic team ensuring the smooth day to day operations of Home.

Qualifications will include experience in Rehabilitation field. Current First Aid and CPR training or willingness to train. Ability to relate to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Looking for workers who are capable of providing an atmosphere, which is conducive to the emotional and physical well-being of the Consumers, as well as experience with providing personal care to adults and children. The persons must display good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently and as an effective team member. Cooking, cleaning, housekeeping skills, criminal record check, valid drivers license, along with a positive attitude is necessary.
