David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, one of Canadas largest agricultural, industrial, commercial & transportation equipment dealers to recruit for a Fleet Account Manager for their rapidly growing Saskatoon transportation dealership.
The Role:
Work to identify the unique business requirements of fleet customers and action strategies to leverage product and service offerings to meet and exceed customer requests
Build and enhance long term relationships with fleet customers beyond the point of sale
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Assure a high degree of customer satisfaction with the range of product and service offerings
Maintain the required level of technical and product knowledge through participation in ongoing professional development
Meet and exceed sales targets and support lead generation for other core business segments
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive truck sales experience with a preference for candidates with success in fleet account management
Industry relevant post-secondary education would be considered a strong asset
Open to working flexible hours and some travel within the territory
Competency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Class 1a drivers license preferred but not required
Strong prospecting, business development and customer support skill set
Ability to conduct business analysis and develop unique client specific solutions
