This position is permanent full-time and may include any/all of the following DUTIES:
Reception responsibilities,public relations, sorting and distributing mail and email, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash receipts, utility billings, maintaining property file information, property tax maintenance & processing, payroll duties, monitoring and maintaining office inventory, creating and maintaining a variety of documents, file maintenance including business & pet licenses, cemetery records and others,
general office duties.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Requires strong interpersonal and public relations skills, excellent telephone etiquette, effective communication skills, the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, computer skills, basic accounting principles, ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a team environment. Good command of the English language with the ability to clearly communicate, understand and carry out instructions in written, verbal and diagram form.
