Under the leadership of the Operations Manager, the Boffins Public House (BPH) Manager is responsible for leading, supervising, directing, and coordinating the frontline restaurant service staff. The BPH Manager will focus om improving and promoting high service standards, resolving difficult service issues, enforcing food service laws, regulations & rules, and managing any other issues related to the public reputation of BPH.
The successful candidate will have 5 years' experience in the hospitality industry plus minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role. They will demonstrate through past experience the ability to lead and direct a team, as well as set standards of providing exceptional customer service. This individual will demonstrate accountability and ownership for their work, be a collaborator, and possess exceptional communication skills.
This is a temporary one-year position. Competitive hourly wage and benefits offered.
