Prepare and cook Chinese food items served in the restaurant; plan menu and develop new recipes for Chinese dishes; keep track of the inventory and maintain the inventory level; plan, prepare and execute specialty items; supervise kitchen helpers.
Qualifications:
Previous Chinese cooking experience is preferred
Completion of secondary school is required
