Adecco is currently hiring for a Branch Manager Job in Regina, SK. To be considered for this Branch Manager role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in a Management or Leadership role. Our client is committed to conducting the highest standards of value added business.
Branch Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and represent the company in a professional manner

- Inspire teammates towards strategic initiatives and operational objectives
- Recruit, develop, coach and mentor and lead a World Class team
- Act as an entrepreneur to develop new strategies, market opportunities and business processes
- Build strong customer and vendor relationships
- Generously listen, communicate, collaborate and influence
- Act in a safe manner, following safety guidelines at the Profit Centre and at all customer locations
Branch Manager Qualifications:
- University degree
- Minimum 2+ years in management or leadership role
- Valid drivers license, clean record
- Possess a strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
- Drive to succeed with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, sound business judgment and the capacity for continued growth and development
- Create and nurture a positive team environment, inspiring all teammates to do their best work to achieve the highest levels of customer and teammate satisfaction
- High energy with strong communication skills
- Strong desire to strive for operational excellence
- Understand purchasing and inventory control processes
- Able to learn and operate applicable software systems used to process orders and manage projects
- Willing to invest a minimum of 40+ hours in personal training and development annually
