We are seeking a new team member who is passionate about people and is looking to use their administrative gifts to serve in our head office alongside the Human Resources Director. As a missions organization, Regina Youth For Christ requires all staff to be in agreement with their Statement of Faith.
Duties
-General Administration
-General reception and office duties as needed
-Creating professional correspondence in a variety of forms
email, letter, poster, newsletter, presentation, report
-Booking, organizing and supporting events, meetings and
training functions
-Creating and/or editing presentations
-Regularly attending to Thank you notes and phone calls to donors
-Maintaining accurate partner lists, mail labels, and contact
information
Skills Required:
-Competent use of standard office equipment
-Ability to work in a diverse setting with varying tasks
-Ability to organize, prioritize and execute tasks in a timely
manner
-Manage office inventory
-General recruitment correspondence
-Scheduling appointments and interviews
-Keep office tidy
-Maintaining confidential information
-Generating professional correspondence
-Preparation and support for training events
-Tracking of staff development programs
-Develop marketing material for the HR Director when needed
-Tracking for several staff requirements
