This job exists primarily to provide specialized engineering advice and support to a broad range of activities related to the work of one or more work units within the Operations and Engineering Division including Water and Wastewater Engineering, and within the Business Development Division. The incumbent is also responsible for moderately complex to complex projects or assignments requiring a broad range of experience and expertise.
To qualify, you will have a Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or similar engineering discipline; your P. Eng. Designation, with four years of progressively more responsible experience in design and cost estimating, construction supervision, tendering, requests for proposals, agreement and contract administration, preparation and revision of specifications, research and development and project management negotiation. You have excellent time management and organizational skills and are able to develop and foster positive working relations both internally and externally.
A valid Saskatchewan drivers licence is required.
