Maki Attachments is seeking a Sales/Operations Manager to pioneer a new line-up of Attachment products for the construction, agricultural and industrial markets in North America.
The ideal candidate has past experience in sales with the skills and aggressiveness to source and develop new customers to achieve sales objectives. This individual must be results driven and have exceptional phone and communication skills.
You must be comfortable sourcing, talking and negotiating with decision makers about machinery and metal products in order to close orders. This position is suitable for independent individuals who love the challenge of business and are self-motivated to reach goals.
This individual must have the talent to manage the business in a hands on fashion from shipping and receiving, inventory management and procurement.
Extensive mentoring and training will be provided to the successful individual.
This position is located in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. It includes a base salary along with full employee benefits and a generous incentive program tied directly to sales and growth objectives.
