Pro-Cert Organic Systems Ltd. is currently seeking a Clerical Administrative Assistant. This full-time position will be based at our Western Regional Office located near Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Pro-Cert provides professional third party certification to producers, processors, handlers and traders of organic products across North America. Pro-Cert will also be launching a Grass Fed certification program in 2017.
Primary Responsibilities:
Receiving and management of client information in electronic and physical formats;
Scanning, uploading and entry of information into software database and client files;
Organizing client files (paper and electronic) and facilitating file movement between office and field staff;
Secondary Responsibilities:
Supporting the Certification Coordinators in producer and processor client file evaluation;
Supporting the Financial Administrator in fee collection, and accounting duties.
Requirements:
Proficiency in use of Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, One Note and PowerPoint
Post-secondary diploma;
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
