A&W Shift Supervisor
Working closely with the restaurant management team, you will lead the team members on your shift. You will supervise and coordinate activities of both the front counter staff and the kitchen team, always with the guest experience in mind. You will be responsible for ensuring all aspect of the restaurant operations are running smoothly on your shift. You will ensure staff are getting their breaks at appropriate times, the restaurant is kept clean and most importantly, ensure efficient food service and quality control at all times.
You are a great fit because you have
Minimum 6 months previous QSR experience
A great personality, a positive attitude and a guest first approach to everything you do
A strong work ethic and you thrive on working within a fast-paced team environment
A keen interest in working in the restaurant
A desire to achieve excellence in guest satisfaction, food quality and facility cleanliness
Current Food Safe Certification is an asset
Full and flexible availability to work mornings/evenings and weekend shifts
A valid drivers license and access to a motor vehicle is an asset
