Service Centre Manager - Permanent, Full Time
Swift Current, SK
Speedy Glass is currently looking for our next Service Centre Manager to lead our Swift Current operations in achieving financial success through championing employee engagement and ensuring high operational standards are met.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
-Ensure an engaging and motivating working environment where employees are supported to achieve their professional and personal goals.
-Promote and instill customer delight culture.
-Drive continuous improvement and revenue growth of overall operations.
-Lead Service Centres achievement of meeting or exceeding targets.
-Promote add on sales through all levels of employees.
-Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
-Perform optimal management of expenses and resources.
-Plan and organize work resources/flow to maximize efficiencies and results.
-Support team in meeting or exceeding Belron technical standards in the repair and installation of vehicle glass and other products, and ensure that the company's quality and other procedures are complied with.
Focus and instill culture of health and safety.
-Practice and champion Our Way of Working.
WHAT YOU BRING:
-Your results demonstrate success in at least three years' Retail Management experience in a customer-facing environment. Multi-unit and multi-product management experience preferred.
-Energetic, enthusiastic team player with the ability to lead and influence.
-Strong customer service orientation
-You are entrepreneurial and have previous sales experience.
-Experience in the auto industry is an asset.
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
-You have a valid driver's license
