Are you our next Team Member?
We are currently seeking a Recruiter (6 month term) at our Regina, SK location. The successful candidate will partner with Human Resources Generalists and Hiring Managers to provide consultative and business-focused recruiting services to source, select, and recruit a diverse and qualified applicant pool. Responsibilities will include full life-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, etc.) of salaried professionals, hourly workforce, and contractors.

What will you be working on?
* Execute sourcing and selection processes for hourly and salaried workforce needs including: job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, documentation, compliance, correspondence, communication with candidates, reference checking, coordinating offers, and finalize hiring process.
* Follow standardized recruiting processes and maintain compliance through required record keeping and assist with miscellaneous projects or process improvement projects as assigned.

What is required for this role?
* Bachelor's Degree required, major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Related Field.
* 3+ years of experience recruiting salaried, hourly operations and production staff.
* Experience with behavioral based interviewing.
