David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, an industry-leading international provider of print and digital communication solutions to recruit for an Account Manager for their Regina Location.
The Role:
Maintaining and expanding key client relationships and acting as a technical resource and valued business partner
Assuring a high degree of customer satisfaction with the range of product and service offerings
Generating forecasts, preparing status reports, client quotes, quality documentation and updating the CRM
Acting as a solutions architect by executing and facilitating design strategies, product solutions, product testing and roll out and project coordination as per client requests and requirements
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive industry-relevant account management experience complemented by a bachelor's degree
Professional sales experience related to technology, professional services or financial services is considered a strong asset
Proven negotiating and objection handling skills
Ability to conduct business analysis and develop unique client specific solutions
Solid technical skills relating to growth products, process improvements and technology
Strong presentation and proposal development skills
Persistent, dedicated and focused on attaining revenue requirements
