Bentley is looking for Assistant Manager in Midtown Plaza location.
The ideal candidate has experience in retail store management demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, strong sales ability and offering a superior and personalized customer service.
The candidate knows how to build and develop a business by increasing and exceeding sales budgets and growing a strong base clientele.
Primary responsibilities:
Accountable for total store sales results including key category results.
Responsible for providing outstanding customer service which exceeds customer expectations.
Ability to effectively communicate company standards and expectations to management team and sales associates and drive team to excel and go beyond standards.
Ability to recruit, manage, retain and train sales staff and future management candidates
Responsible for reviews and performance management of sales associates and for providing an atmosphere of constant training.
Responsible for implementing all aspects of store merchandising & visuals to the expected standards.
Responsible for all store operations as per the Companys standards and responsible for training all team members to the same standards.
The ideal Store Manager:
2+ years retail store management, outstanding customer service
Strong professional integrity, high energy level
Ability to build and nurture long term customer and staff relationship
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong self image of success, personal motivation
