Job Duties
Unload incoming trucks upon arrival.
Verify packing slip to each shipment to ensure accuracy.
Report any quality concerns to QA Department.
Electronically receive all incoming shipments
Put away shipment and complete stock locator for each item
Complete Shipment Tracker for each shipment.
Provide Receiving Reports to Finance the same day goods are received.
Ensure ALL shipments are verified and electronically received the same day they arrive.
Keep Dock area clean and free of clutter
Resolve any case of missing documentation, or shipments
Prepare domestic shipments ensuring all goods are appropriately and securely packaged.
Prepare documentation for domestic shipments including but not limited to: waybills, BOLs, Packing Slips & completion of Shipment Tracker.
Other duties as required.
Job Requirements
Minimum High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
Ability to operate forklift/telehandler and other warehouse equipment
Minimum 2 5 years experience in Warehouse Shipping/Receiving setting
Working knowledge of ERP Systems
High level of integrity and work ethic
Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work in a diverse environment
Demonstrated time management skill
Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
Ability to multi-task
