-create a coaching and development culture for all employees that embraces a passion for food
-demonstrate outstanding leadership while serving as a role model within the store and the community at large
-manage store operations as required
-communicate operational requirements/ changes to all employees
Customer Offering
-create a shopping experience that meets of exceeds customer expectations to enhance the offering and increase loyalty
-demonstrate excellent product knowledge
Policy/Regulatory Adherence
-implement corporate policies, operating procedures and initiatives

-help achieve all store sales, shrink, margin and labor cost targets
