As a service technician, it is your responsibility to maintain the integrity and professionalism of MacGiver's Pine Auto Care.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and repairing vehicles in a timely and professional manner
- Performing road tests using driving safety standards
- Providing written quotations for necessary work.
- Explaining repairs to customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- Performing daily inspections
- Aid and instruct apprentices in their work
- Increase sales within the department
- Maintain company and personally-owned tools in good repair
- Develop and maintain up to date knowledge of the operation, maintenance, and repair of both domestic and imported vehicles
Work experience/ required skills:
- Valid class Driving Licence
- Completion of high school
- Ability to maintain composure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational ability and strong attention to detail
- 6+ years experience
