Duties:
Primarily a sales position, will spend majority of times with customers, maximizing sales and earnings.
Provides assistance to associates thru training and coaching.
Effectively resolve customer concerns and refer to management when necessary.
Maintain company merchandising standards.
Understand and adhere to company privacy policies.
Coach and develop other technology associates.
Work with management to achieve store goals.
Experience:
Technology Sales experience
1 - 2 years in a Leadership / Supervisory role.
