Job Description: The Manager of Building Services - North is accountable to the Director of Building Services - Rural and is responsible for the supervision of Building Services and the provision of maintenance services to seven northern sites within the Sunrise Health Region. Construction project supervision experience is also required.
Required Qualifications

4th Class Power Engineering certificate or Journeyman status in a trade
Experience
5 years experience in Management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Valid drivers license
Experience with Word, excel, CMMS ( computer maintenance management system) an asset
