Paris Jewellers is thrilled to be opening up our newest location in Lloydminster and are looking for great Store Manager to lead our team!
Responsibilities:
Create happy and memorable customer experience
Be a representative and promoter of Paris Jewellers
Demonstrate and encourage Paris Jewellers Core Values
Participate in and complete all training and development programs
Adhere to all non-negotiable standards
Participate in and maintain store cleanliness
Maintain a high standard of safety and security
Setup and execute store sales and promotions
Stock and inventory control
Merchandising
Strive for and maintain individual and team targets
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Recruiting and hiring for store location
On-boarding and development of all Brand Ambassadors
Maintain the company corporate standards
Maintain a high level of performance standards
Maintain a high level of accountability
Coach on objective behaviors to achieve results
Scheduling
Other duties as required
Qualifications:
5+ years experience in a customer focused role is required
3+ years in a management or supervisor role is required
Jewellery experience is an asset
Leads by example
Proficiency in English
Enthusiastic attitude in person and over the telephone
Able to adapt to immediate or unforeseen challenges
Strong work ethic
Natural ability to develop relationships
Has a high standard of personal accountability
Has a drive to succeed
Interpersonal and communication skills
