Cornerstone Credit Union and Conexus Credit Union have partnered to build a provincial wealth management entity delivering an unparalleled client experience. We have capitalized on the strength and scope of a network no one Credit Union can provide independently and are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of a full range of HR programs as well as the design and implementation of HR initiatives key to optimizing operational performance. This entity is in the process of being separately Branded, and as part of that work helping to develop the Brand Experience for our Associates will be critical. As a member of the Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO, you will provide strategic thinking as it relates to HR and insert those ideas into this new organization. In addition, you will act as a liaison to all credit union partners and at all levels of staff within the organization managing organizational design, operational human resource planning, employee relations and engagement, training and development, recruitment and selection and the coordination of performance management and compensation.
