We are currently looking to fill a Bookkeeper/Receptionist position at TG Watch Industries, a Saskatchewan-owned leading manufacturer, fabricator, and supplier of waste and recycle containers. Reporting to the Controller/Office Manager, the chosen candidate will be the first point of contact for a variety of internal and external customers at TG Watch.
Duties:
-Greeting guests, answering and redirecting calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments
-Overseeing all day-to-day accounting processes and procedures of the branch, including A/P, A/R, and processing bi-weekly Payroll.
-Maintaining general ledger, filing system, distribution lists and records, and data entry
-Complete bank deposits and reconciliations
-Sorting and processing incoming and outgoing mail
-Providing support to other office personnel as requested
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-Advanced skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
-5 or more years in an accounts administrative role
-Experience answering and directing multiple phone lines is an asset
-A certificate or diploma in office administration is an asset
-Strong written and verbal communications skills
-Professionalism and an approachable demeanour in a fast-paced environment
-A proven history of providing exceptional customer service, internal and external
-Previous experience running an office handling purchasing of office supplies, negotiating with vendors, and managing contracts is a strong asset
