Professional Driver - NH3 Seasonal - Brandon

Summary
We currently have openings for Seasonal Professional Drivers based out of our Brandon Terminal to haul Anhydrous Ammonia (NH3) supporting the Spring fertilizer season from April to May or otherwise determined by weather and volume requirements.
Our driver pay package is a combination of km rates and hourly pay, based on commodity and equipment type. Compensation is an approximate earnings of $6,000 - $8,000 per month for the duration of the season. Accommodations and meals are provided to successful candidates during their term.
Responsibilities
- Follow all company safe driving and customer specific loading and unloading policies and procedures.
- Incorporate safe behaviour into daily business activities so as to protect themselves, their peers, the company and its customers.
- Participate in the prevention of incidents by helping to identify, and eliminate or actively manage risks in all work activities and processes.
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 driver's license.
- Minimum 3 years Class 1 experience.
- Clean drivers abstract.
- Safety conscious and able to work in a safety driven environment.
- Solid customer service skills, interpersonal skills and reliable.
- TDG, WHIMS, and CPPI training will be provided.
- Specialized training and certification for all commodities, locations serviced, and equipment will be provided.
- Basic product knowledge and MSDS is an asset.
