Job Description:
A foreman at Hamm Construction can expect to be challenged daily and exposed to unique work situations. Your role will involve leading and coaching members of your crew to achieve weekly production objectives consistently executed at a high level. Other responsibilities will include setting out daily jobs, delegating responsibilities, and effectively communicating with all other members of our Hamm Construction team including the owner, PMs, superintendents, and HR staff. We put a huge emphasis on employee safety and since our foreman are an integral part of our safety program, it will be your responsibility to maintain a safe work sight and make sure everyone is following safe work practices.
Job Requirements:
o Must have a minimum of 5 years experience
o Minimum of a class 5 drivers license
o All employees must pass required pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
We are looking for candidates that bring an energetic and positive attitude to work every day and understand the importance of completing quality work by specified deadlines. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and an ability to time manage.
