Description

-develops and implements case management of assigned residents
-Assists residents in establishing housing, mental health stabilization and managing substance abuse patters
-Performs intake and discharge procedure for residents
-Liaises with police, funders, court personnel, community agencies, families and other staff members

Must have
-a degree in Social work/Justice or in a related social service field
-at least 3 years of prior experience including front line casework experience in social service environment

This job will include weekends
