We are currently looking to fill a Parts Manager/Supervisor role with an energetic, fast learner, who demonstrates true leadership. Your contribution will matter!
To be fit for this role, you must have:
- Minimum 5 years parts or parts sales and/or counter experience within an agricultural equipment dealership (mandatory)
- Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field or Parts Journeyperson preferred
- Hands on experience reading/interpreting parts and machine schematics
- True leadership qualities and go-getter attitude
- PFW and CNH experience preferred
- Hands on knowledge of agricultural equipment
- Supervisory/management experience preferred but those with leadership/management potential will be considered
