ROUTE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As an integral part of our business, you will have the opportunity to stretch your current skills by selling, delivering and marketing our products to customers.
Sales Rep Responsibilities
SELLING:
Sell and maintain full-line representation of all product classes with existing and potential customers on assigned route
Identify and sell for improved positioning of primary and secondary displays
Increase size allocation of the primary snack section compared to competing brands within the snack section to dive volume and growth
DELIVERY:
Safely drive FLC vehicle along established route
Assess customer needs and deliver appropriate product mix including all promotional material to assigned customers
MERCHANDISING:
Display product on shelves according to our best sales practices
Build temporary merchandising displays to support sales and highlight promotional products
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT:
Manage inventory according to our best practices to ensure balanced accounts and fresh product for customers
Document and maintain accurate records
Offer and execute promotional opportunities to accounts
