Organized, efficient and energetic that is how we would describe the perfect candidate to join our team as a Sales Administrator.
Some of the specific duties include but are not limited to:
- Typing Sales notes and entering them into the property management system
- Printing weekly activity lists and account profile pages for the Sales team
- Conducting Sales activity audits
- Preparing for Sales trips
- Reviewing guest arrivals daily
- Arranging greeting cards and gifts for in-house clients
- Assisting with compiling Sales gifts
- Developing rates letters, proposals and RFP's under the Sales team's direction
Our Sales department is comprised of a driven, young, energetic team thats looking for someone like-minded to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment and provide them with some much needed support.
The position would entail working Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Youll note many of the key components of this position involve working in one fixed location and spending a lot of quality time in front of a computer screen. As such, candidates should possess excellent written communication skills, an aptitude for proper spelling and grammar and working with computers should one of your strong suits.
This entry level position presents an excellent opportunity for someone who has recently completed an office admin course or has some experience with a reception or administrative role. Individuals with a hospitality background or familiarity with OPERA would also be great; however, this isnt necessary. Weve got some great folks here who are happy to train you on anything you might need.
Salary Range $30,000 to $35,000 per year, dependent on experience.
