OFFICE CLERK 1, ADMINISTRATION
(Part-Time, Temporary)
In collaboration with the Office Manager, the Office Clerk will:
1.Provide courteous customer service at all times
2.Perform reception duties in a timely, efficient, and organized manner
3.Administer co-op memberships and answer customer questions regarding co-op equity, patronage, and statements
4.Assist with co-op and kids club events
5.Ensure accurate data entry
6.Be willing to assist in office duties and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must have flexibility in scheduling
Previous experience in customer service in an office environment
