Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree/diploma in the area of Human Resources, Organization Leadership , Organization Development/Effectiveness, Business Administration or a related field
Experience
5 years experience in a service-based operation of care environment
Experience in LEAN implementation and management would be an asset
Previous work in a health care environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to accept and implement change
A team leader with outstanding interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships based on trust, accountability and open communication
Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule
Other Information
Must demonstrate initiative and be self-motivated
Duties are mainly coordinating and facilitating in nature, therefore usually requiring moderate physical effort and a high level of concentration
Health Care background would be an asset
Expected Start Date: January 2, 2017
FTE: 1.00
Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends, On Call
224.00 hours per 6 week rotation: 28 shifts of 8.00 hours
