Job Overview:
The successful candidate will fill the 13 months temporary position (maternity leave). This position will be an integral part of the land services department.
Position Responsibilities:
-Type, record and track Line Maintenance Reports. -Conduct land titles searches, registrations, amendments and discharges.
-Assist with third party crossings as required.
-Manage TEMLs Land Files by: setting up new files, receiving and filing new information, search files for historic information and maintaining existing files.
-Assist in maintaining and pulling information from TEMLs Landowner Database as required. -Administrative duties as required
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Certificate in office administration
Strong Computer skills in Microsoft office, Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal communication skills
Superior organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
