Description

Staffmax is currently hiring in Moose Jaw for a Administrative Support and Desk Sales Industrial Parts employee.

This role encompasses your excellent administrative skills, invoicing, scheduling trades, ordering parts and counter sales.

Must haves:

Mechanical aptitude
Parts experience
Invoicing experience
Strong administration skills
Scheduling work orders via phone with customers
Sage BV Business Vision (asset)
Counter sales

Duties:

You will be the sole administrator, counter and desk sales individual. This is a growing company with plans to expand and become the leader in Saskatchewan.

$30-40K for the right person.Must live in Moose Jaw
