The Town of Stoughton invites applications for the position of Town Superintendent.
The Town Superintendent is responsible for the operation and delivery of services for the water and sewer systems, streets and sidewalks, landfill and parks as well as the supervision and scheduling of personnel. He manages the repair of all related equipment and provide limited assistance in the maintenance of recreation facilities.
Candidates with excellent organizational, public relation and management skills preferred.
Applicants must possess a minimum Grade 12/GED, valid drivers license and have experience in the operation and maintenance of equipment. The following certifications would be considered an asset:
Water Treatment Class 1
Water Distribution Class 1
Wastewater Collection Class 1
