The successful candidate will have a Bachelors Degree and a minimum of three (3) years directly related experience in file management, data base management and compensation and benefits.
Specific duties include the creation of personnel files and collecting relevant data for the files; Setting up an employment history for each file to establish start dates for pension, health and dental and other benefits under the CBA; Review all contracts and verifying with Finance start and end dates; Creation and data entry of employee reports; Prepare pension and benefits packages and setting individuals up on benefits; Provides administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and the Human Resources Consultant; Other related duties as assigned.
This position will start February 6, 2017 March 31, 2017 and hours are 8:30am-4:30pm. Salary will commensurate with education and experience.
