Visitor Hospitality Supervisor
You are a customer service master, able to put a smile on the face of a crying 3 year old, make a boardroom rental operate as smoothly as a Tesla, and capable of convincing party planners that Martha Stewart herself is taking care of the details of their event.
In addition, you can lead staff like a Navy SEAL (a really nice one) on a mission to rescue Bill Nye from the forces of evil.
Youll also be overseeing our bar inventory, handling cash-outs and deposits at night, and completing assorted paperwork to ensure that everything runs perfectly.
Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role.
Experience in the guest service/hospitality industry.
Demonstrated organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Proven ability to anticipate customer needs, resolve problems, and provide customer service excellence.
Experience working with point of sale software and/or computer systems for ticketing/retail purposes.
Ability working with cash and reporting sales.
