Responsibilities include:
Maintain shop in a clean and orderly manner
Ensure shop is maintained in a clean, orderly and safe manner
Responsible for tracking and completing service and maintenance on all equipment
o Ensuring repairs, and overhauls of vehicle components are completed
o Ensuring maintenance intervals are followed
o Work Orders are completed
o Parts ordered and proof of expenditures provided to head office
Maintain supplies inventory and ensure storage areas are clean and tidy
Shop/Fire Extinguisher Inspection completed monthly and forwarded to Safety Administrator
Monthly Shop Equipment Inspections completed and forwarded to the Safety Administrator
To ensure unsafe equipment and vehicles are taken out of service and not put back into service until repaired
Lock Out/Tag Out Procedures to be followed when working on equipment
Guiding Operators and Swampers on how to properly maintain equipment
Safely operate all shop equipment. ie. Grinders, welders, torch etc.
Obey confidentiality agreement and all policies implemented by Lonestar
