Description

The Saskatchewan Trucking Association (STA)and Canadian Transportation Consultants Inc. (CTCI) are looking to fill the dual role of Administrator and Client Services in our office. A background in the transportation sector would be an asset, but the ability to learn also works.  

Saskatchewan Trucking Association (8 am  12 pm)
Role and Responsibilities
Administration
Incoming and outgoing mail
Reception, telephone and email inquiries
General clerical tasks
Maintain office supply inventory
Event Planning
Booking event space
Booking talent when required
Managing event registration and sponsorship
Other Duties as assigned

Canadian Transportation Consulting Inc. (1 pm  4:30 pm)
Role and Responsibilities
Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
National Safety Code applications, apportioned plating, plate renewals and IFTA licenses
Customer service with some outside sales
US authorities, Hazmat application and renewals
Heavy vehicle tax applications and renewals

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Post-secondary education with 3+ years related office experience, including a proven track record in bookkeeping and event planning;
Knowledge of the trucking transportation industry is an asset
Sales Experience
A professional attitude inside and outside the business when working with clients and coworkers
Motor vehicle division experience is an asset
Computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong relationship based service skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Working knowledge of web tools including electronic commerce and web-based applications
