Swan Pizza Is looking for Pizza Cooks on Fulltime basis as we are open 7 days a week throughout the year. Responsibilities Includes,
Cooking: Expect to prepare a wide variety of pizzas, from thin crust to thick and cheese to stuffed. Youll need to work quickly to smash the dough, mold it into the proper shape and apply the sauce and necessary ingredients to keep up with customers' orders. Aside from making pizzas, you may also be in charge of fixing other meals that the restaurant offers i.e. Chicken wings, dry ribs, Pasta, Salads etc.
Prepping Food: As a pizza maker, youre usually responsible for preparing your table of sauces and ingredients for the day ahead by filling each compartment at the beginning of the day or at the end of the previous night.
Assisting Customers: You will also need to answer the phone and constantly keep your eye on the front of the store and assist customers as needed, from answering their questions to ringing them up at the register. Ensuring that Pizza is received by customer in a reasonable time.
Cleaning: youll soon realize how important cleaning is. Youll need to wipe down, scrub and disinfect surfaces and scrape away the black crust that forms inside ovens. Youll also likely have the responsibility of mopping the floors at the end of your shift.
Food Safety: We will provide you with food safety guidelines, and enrol you for food safety courses, that you will need to complete successfully.
Required Experience & Education: One year of experience in cooking preferably Pizza, full training will be provided. Candidate should posses at least higher secondary school certificate. Food cooking courses certificate would be an asset. Good English linguistic skills required equivalent to 5 score in IELTS.
Wages: Swan Pizza Offer's $13/hour for fulltime Pizza Cook Position along with vacation time as per Labour standards of Saskatchewan.
