Our Saskatoon office is looking for a motivated professional to provide support for hazardous material abatement, mould and indoor air quality projects in the industrial, commercial and residential real estate industries.

Qualifications:  

    Certificate or Diploma in Building Construction, Building Sciences, OH&S or a combination of relevant education and experience
    6 mos. to 2 years of related experience
    Familiarity with building systems (structure, envelope, HVAC, electrical, plumbing etc.)
    Reliable personal vehicle required

Responsibilities:

    Conduct site investigations  asbestos, mould, mercury, PCBs, lead etc.
    Conduct field work, including visits to sites and supervise remediation activities  
    Conduct air quality assessments, including indoor air and occupational hygiene
    Prepare technical reports

Working Conditions:

    40 hour work week with occasional overtime
    Majority of field work will be single days or overnight stays in and out of the city  mileage reimbursement
    Field work approximately 75% (office 25%)
    In-house training is provided
