Description

Manage employees, which includes scheduling and assignment of work duties. Road maintenance and repair. Equipment maintenance and repair. Building maintenance and repair. Street sweeping. Tree trimming. Mow and trim grass. Repair/Supervise water main breaks in conjunction with Public Works Supervisor. Wood chipping. Garbage collection. Operate oil truck, drive, load and unload. Haul gravel. Pick up equipment and supplies from other locations if necessary. Attend Town Council Meetings, when required. Report to Town Council on all aspects of maintenance operations. Assist in Annual Budgeting when requested. When needed: Water testing; Lift station; Lagoon-spring and fall samples and levels. Pest control, adding enzymes; Management of Water Treatment Facility; Water Distribution Facility Operator; Water Treatment Facility Operator; Wastewater Collection Operator.
