Facility Sales & Admins are responsible for basic reception duties; answering phone, relaying messages, assisting customers, completing counter sales, invoicing, filing. You will also be expected to receive and send mail, work with basic accounting and Word programs on the computer. You will be expected to run reports for complete product orders as per the manager. You will also need to complete monthly safety training and meetings and upload documents to proper online files. You will have to perform inventory stock checks, maintain and order office supplies, perform necessary housekeeping duties and any other duties as required.
The ideal applicant will have grade 12 education and have 1-2 years of office clerical experience.Computer competent, with demonstrated ability in the use of word processing, database and spreadsheet software. Demonstrated customer service orientation. Knowledge of standard office record-keeping procedures. Proven knowledge of grain and/or farm supply products/services and company credit policies. Demonstrated ability to meet and deal effectively with the public. Demonstrated ability to produce neat and accurate work.
