Responsibilities:
-Partner with the Studio Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve quarterly and annual Studio operating plan goals
-Meet and/or exceed individual sales goals established in the quarterly and annual Studio operating plan, as well as other key performance standards
-Partner with Studio Manager and Assistant Manager to complete required training within specified guidelines and continually work to improve individual skills
-Effectively contribute to the studio culture, focusing on increasing sales, maintaining positive employee morale, and providing an exceptional customer experience
-Ensure an exceptional customer experience by effectively executing thePortrait Studio brand photography and sales process
-Contribute and maintain effective relationships, with the Photos Unlimited Corporate Office, Host Store Management, Mall Management, and studio team
-Comply with Photos Unlimited and Host Store policies and procedures
-Demonstrate a strong commitment to stated Photos Unlimited Core Values
Requirements:
-Excellent sales and customer service skills
-An ability to work patiently with children
-Excellent people and communication skills
-Patience and empowerment when handling customer issues
-Strong creativity abilities
-Strong ability to multi-task, manage time and problem solve
-Work effectively within a team environment as well as work alone
-An eagerness and ability to develop the studio's customer base and increase customer retention

-The ability to recognize areas for improvement andf take initiative to develop skills
-Willingness to share ideas with supervisor(s)
-Physical ability to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, rest on knees up to 33 percent of the time, lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods of time, occasionally climb a ladder to approximately 10 feet above floor level
