Beechinor Chiropractic is looking for a Chiropractic Assistant/Office Administrator to work 20-30 hours/week. Applicants must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a calm and professional manner. Experience or training in Office Administration is an asset. Job Description is as follows:
- Able to work independently and self motivated
- Dress and act professionally at all times
- Detail-orientated
- Neat, organized, and efficient
- Able to multi-task
- HIPPA compliant (training provided)
- Computer fluency must be familiar and able to use Windows and bookkeeping software, training in chiropractic software will be provided
- Able to perform bookkeeping duties
- Able to work accurately and self-check
- Able to deal with patients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner on the phone and at the front desk
- Be able to come in early and stay late if needed
- Familiarity with Chiropractic is an asset
