RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effectively organize a smooth workflow throughout the office.
Accurately prepare legal documents and correspondence
To process the flow of documents between the office and clients.
Assist with the day-to-day support of the legal practice and/or any additional
administrative duties as required.
Month-end payables and account collections.
REQUIREMENTS:
Legal Administrator/Assistant Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution is an asset
3-5 years experience of Administrative assistant.
Advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective organizational and time management required.
Detail-oriented and ability to multi-tasking is essential.
