We are currently seeking an experienced receptionist for a customer in Saskatoon. This is a temporary position on a casual call-in basis for whenever the need arises for our customer. The requests could be for a couple of days or a couple weeks or anything in between.
This role is located in downtown Saskatoon in the office of one of our customers. This is an exciting opportunity that could be the right one for you!
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the following:
-Providing great customer service in person and over the phone
-This customer has a specialized computer system for answering the phones that you would be trained on
-Help resolve and troubleshoot customer inquiries
-Sending and responding to professional email messages
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Proficient skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
-Other clerical/reception duties as required
