Reporting to the General Manager, the successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of Human Resources Management including: recruitment, retention, training and development, succession planning, performance management, administration of the collective bargaining agreement, and employee relations within the Beeland Co-operative.
The successful candidate must be a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as considerable knowledge of principles & practices of Human Resources Administration. Candidates must have a related post-secondary degree or diploma and have previous experience in Human Resources management. Preference will also be made to candidates with previous retail Co-op experience.
