Duties:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Managing promotions and events and keep management and employees' files up to date
- Preparing and uploading schedules
- Product ordering and inventory management
Education: Completion of secondary school; Must be able to speak and understand English.
Experience: 6 months experience as a Food Counter Attendant; leadership qualities; analytical skills; able to work flexible hours in a restaurant setting; opportunity for growth
