JOB REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designing, Managing, Improvising and Improving the Retail Brand Education Program
Set up Demo Kiosk, execute demos at the retail floor, educate end consumers and make sales subsequent to education.
Train and educate the Retail Point of Sales Staff on brand, products, merchandising, sales, initiatives and profitability.
Lead by engaging, enabling and energizing the retailer staff to promote ecologik brand as the most valuable brand for the consumers.
Set up systems to track the execution of brand education at the retail floor by staff ambassadors.
Recruiting and Training part time Brand Education Staff
Shortlisting, contacting, educating seminars for corporates in Canada on ecologik brand and seeking their support to promote the brand amongst their employees.
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTITUDE
A very pleasing personality, extroverted and ability to make friends quickly.
Passionate about educating, public speaking, selling on values and achievement.
Passionate about making a difference to people, health and the environment.
2 to 3 years of experience in retail sales, especially focused on selling on values via education.
Experience in selling via education to end consumers
Comfortable with MS Office Suite.
